About Montagu Gardens
The first affordable residential housing estate of its kind to be developed on reclaimed land, Montagu Gardens formed part of a 10 year Government endorsed scheme to enable Gibraltar residents to start out on the property ladder. Montagu Gardens remains to this day a highly popular development.
